Using Discounts

Discounts in allow firms to offer a reduction within their legal bills; these reductions can also be requested or required by the client. The three primary discounts accommodated are:

• Flat Percentage Discounts: These are supplied by the law firm on its fee offer.

• Prompt PayDiscounts: These are applied based on the settings on the law firm fee offer.

• Volume Discount: This feature allows clients and law firms to collaboratively review and track volume discounts.
