Invoicing

There are various options to submit invoices through LexisNexis® CounselLink™. However, it's important to first understand the basic process of the Invoice Workflow:

  1. A law firm (you) submits an invoice to the client through CounselLink.

  2. CounselLink validates the invoice for required information and against a set of billing guidelines determined by the client.

  3. Clients review the invoice. The client then approves or rejects the invoice for re-submission.

  4. If approved, invoices are then paid outside of CounselLink.
